Service Organizational Cooperation
Tohoku University is promoting the inter-organizational model in which companies and the university establish an inter-organizational structure and engage in a wide range of collaboration activities, with the aim of maximizing co-creation value and achieving sustainable growth.
In the inter-organizational model, we strive to optimize the activities by regularly monitoring the activity status and responding flexibly to changes in the status.
In April 2021, we established the “Co-Creation Research Center”, a collaboration scheme for creating an activity base for the inter-organizational model. This enables us to flexibly and sustainably engage in co-creation activities that further clarify the purpose of the activity and the roles of both parties.
We aim to promote co-creation activities that utilize the university resources to the fullest extent through Organizational Cooperation.
Organizational Cooperation
Tohoku University facilitates organized cooperation with private enterprises and research institutes, and promotes practical cooperation in all areas where mutual cooperation is possible, such as research and development, human resources development, and in its responsibilities to the regional community.
