Modeling cortical mesoscopic phenomena/Integration of neuroimaging multimodalities

The development of forward/generative biophysical models to explain the electric, hemodynamic and metabolic signaling at the mesoscopic level (micro-columns) in the cerebral cortex. The use of such biophysical models are crucial to interpret and to fuse different types of neuroimaging modalities, a standard today in the neuroscience community.
We are also interested in creating new pharmacological tools based on neuroimaging methods to target brain disorders which could be originated from a dysfunction of a cortical mechanism.
It would be great for both of us if you get interested in our resarch as a collaborative researcher. We hope to have an opportunity to collaborate with a company which has a positive attitude.
